Refund and Return Policy
At BruxWell, we strive to ensure your satisfaction. Due to the nature of our personalized products, our refund and return policies are specific.
1. No Refunds for Personalized Products
All our items are custom-made according to your instructions. Therefore:
- No refunds will be provided for personalized products, unless the product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
- Once the order is confirmed and production has started, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package.
- Provide clear photographic evidence of the condition of the product and its packaging.
- After verification, we will replace the product with an identical new item at no additional cost.
Note: No refunds will be issued, only replacements.
3. Replacement Conditions
To be eligible for a replacement:
- The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging (if requested).
- You must follow our instructions for returning the damaged product (if applicable).
4. Claim Procedure
- Contact our customer service team at contact@bruxwell.be.
- Include your order number and a description of the issue.
- Attach photos or videos showing the damage.
- We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
5. Exclusions
No replacements or refunds will be provided in the following cases:
- Damage caused after delivery due to misuse or negligence.
- Change of mind after receiving the product.
